Container for MWHG storage now on site

We have taken possession of a 40ft long x 8ft high ex shipping container. This replaces the wooden huts that were vulnerable to break-ins. Getting the container in a fit state for purpose is no easy task as rust has taken its toll resulting in leaks and some internal damage. Thanks to a handful of volunteers we have managed to provide a level base, scraped off the worst of the rust, primed where required and placed temporary seals where rust had eaten away the metal. On completion of the prep’ work it will be finished off with a top coat of dark grey. Our thanks to Will Fleming for allowing us to use the site at Southend Farm. See MWHG Facebook for photo.  D.
