Donating to the Manhood Wildlife and Heritage Group will help us to spread our conservation message and actively conserve the species, habitats and history of the Manhood Peninsula and surrounding area, in West Sussex. Your donation ensures we can see our projects through by appointing managers, training volunteers and affording specialist equipment, to survey wildlife and construct habitats. As a Group we are proud to collaborate with other local Groups and connect with individuals, of all ages and abilities, to protect and celebrate our wonderful environment!
Here are a few examples of what your donations will fund:
- £20 for a pruning saw for a volunteer work party
- £50 for a tray of wetland native pants that can be used to populate coir rolls
- £100 for a mink raft to monitor the presence of invasive mink
- £500 for a tree surgeon for a day to open up an abandoned pond
